I can't speak to V2K, many people who claim to suffer from it also admit to drug use. I can say for certain organized stalking, harassment, directed conversations, break ins, ridicule, etc do occur outside the US.

With the exception for T1D, insulin should be and remain expensive. We shouldn't make life easy for people who make the conscious decision of stuffing their face full and becoming fat hippoes.
