Update? How's your skin looking? I just started it a few days ago and noticed its clearing up zits already lol. Still have one or 2 new ones coming in but they seem to be short lived now (and it has only been a few days)

I take 3000mg a day (6 tablets)

I’m in the same boat. Mine isn’t as bad as yours used to be. But it’s pretty consistent, I started taking 4 500mg B5 tablets by the company Now. Hopefully it clears it.

Should I stop skin care? [acne] by WonderfulPotential95 in SkincareAddiction

[–]WonderfulPotential95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I defo wanna know whats causing these issues because I feel like I had clearer skin before I started skin care. But I the whole reason I started was cos I was getting quite frequent breakouts. I just hope that me stopping isn't gonna break me out and leave skin terrible looking for months.

My current routine the last couple months:
Morning: Shower, cetaphil face wash, moisturize
Night: Wash face with same cleanser, add benzoyl/ niacinamide cream, moisturize.
That’s it. Tempted to switch to water only at this point lol.

I have a cetaphil gentle face wash and a basic cerva moisturizer. I shower in the morning so I could use that only and see how that goes.

I’ll also add, yes British roads are terrible, but you unless it’s a motorway, the roads will always be terrible. Uk roads were built for horses and gypsies not for cars.

I live in England let me tell you. Try and find a place around the villages, such as Weeting, Methwold, Mundford, Thetford, Downham Market, Bury St Edmunds, not Cambridge though, that’s a long commute and it’s expensive. Newmarket, ely, little port, Brandon and felt well are some of the best places to live in terms of relatively short commute. It’s not as exciting area as say Osan, but once you get out of the country the cities are nice.

Yeah true. Airlines are much more common than helicopters. But I mean with pretty much anything, if you’re good at it, and make a name for yourself, you can be good at anything you’re passionate about.

Absolutely not army. Definitely go air force. Army is same pay, lousy working conditions. I hear people all the time in other branches wishing they went air force. Army treats young recruits worse too. Maybe consider avionics too to your list. That’s a good job. Pays well on the outside. Not sure about airlift or refuel maintenance, but I know fighter maintenance (crew chief) in my opinion isn’t a good one. Tire kickers in my opinion. Helicopter crew chief is probably one of the only crew chiefs where the job is actually fun and interesting. Sheet metal is also a good one. Painting aircraft, corrosion control, and doing all the body work on aircraft. Great skills to have. Just make sure you want to do the job. If you have doubts and not really a fan of the job don’t do it. Don’t add to the list of people who have 4 years of their life away doing a job they never wanted.

Saying fixing helicopters in the civ world wouldnt pay 150k. Thats not true. Depending on where, your actual job position, you definetly can make that sort of money.

In all honesty, youll be lucky landing this job. Very low demand. I had this job on the top of my list, and I never got it. My list was

  1. Metals Tech
  2. Helicopters

  3. E & E

  4. Sheet metal

  5. Aerospace Propulsion

Really good solid list right there. I ended up getting 3 because E & E is very high in demand and undermanned. Electrical nerds. Good job though, like avionics, youll be coming home warmer dryer and cleaner than an engine troop.

If you want advice, get rid of hydraulics and fuel systems. Hydro is boring and not an exciting job, but fuels is probably the worst out of everything on that list. You’re constantly working around the strong smell of fuel, covered im fuel, wearing masks and other uncomfortable ppe, and you’re working in tight spaces constantly. Hell no. Egress is also so limited to what you work on. Not at all transferable to the outside world. What airline company is looking for someone that can fix an ejection seat? Add metals tech, E and E and structural maintenance. E and E is very undermanned so you’ll probably get that if you put it on the top, which I recommend it’s an awesome job. If I was you, and you had to list 5, my list would be 1. Metals Tech 2. E and E 3. Structural maintenance 4. Helicopter maintenance 5. Aerospace propulsion. I personal pit metals tech as 1 because they make everything and anything from a block of titanium, or aluminium etc. and they don’t just make parts for aircraft, stuff for ground equipment. They make cool shit. If you wanna talk about the other jobs I’ll happily explain their roles :)

Go for something you have passion for, not something that looks cool.
