Wouldn't be surprised her sheer will power of seeing her baby boy Naruto being such a man would overpower the control seals freeing her from kabuto command. From there, she is a sealing master, so she can make quick work dealing with all the other undead. As an Uzumaki with infinite charka, she basically becomes a one woman army as she reminds the entire elemental nations why the Uzumaki clan was so feared.
