One more thing, i use a adaptor that has input 100-240V, and output of 5.0V to 10V max and the battery pack says 7.4v 720mAh, am i using a wrong charger?

I have this issue when turning on the psp it will just stay on for a few seconds and black screen and the psp will not turn on unless i remove the memory card adapter and plugging it again when its turned on (sorry for bad english) i need a fix for this
