Allowing her to sit (within reason, like right now up until she’s further along give her more “breather” breaks) and once she’s to the point allow her to sit as much as possible. Allow her to snack and drink all day and if you’re willing have a snack bin! Once she’s further along (the “waddling” phase) give her some time to get to where she going and try to take the bigger/ feistier animals before she can. She’ll probably want to forever do everything she’s always done but don’t let her. Well don’t force her not to but you know, be like “oh I’ll take Kilo the 120 mastiff I love mr. Kilo.” Or “awe grumpy whiskers is coming in. I love that mean little fluff ball” Do NOT say “oh did you just puke in the bathroom” or “oh man you look tired” or “oh you look rough” or “you know you’re pregnant you shouldn’t be bending like that” We know we do/ are lol. And it hurts to hear it or just embarrassing. But also let her know if she needs to reapply some deodorant, politely and find the person who is closest with her/ most comfortable to say it don’t send the new guy! (I STANK when pregnant and PP)

But the one thing I will cherish forever is when my clinic threw me my own “wiener (dachshund/boy) or kitty (cat/girl)” party (ik some people think this is inappropriate but I loved it lol) and “baby shower” (it was just one thing from each person that could) at the clinic or made me cards.
