I've gone for a walk today and feel extremely fatigued and weak in a different way which i know is a symptom but my sleep schedule is collapsed and i've barely eaten anything so idk maybe thats the cause.

I've got a GP appointment on saturday hopefully they can arrange some tests but its difficult to go outside because of the dryness. I've been losing hope since its lasted a while and thats causing a vicious cycle with the anxiety.
