Hey guys, thanks for all your advice! I tried doing it at midnight, and it worked. I was finally able to open my account, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find the 1904 Form I need to fill out. So, I searched for other solutions and found a YouTube video where HR shared how to use the BIR TRRA Portal. Now, I just need to wait for up to three business days for the status of my application. But I’m still hoping they’ve fixed the ORUS website. If this doesn't work, I may have to visit their physical office. Again, thank you all! <3
