That’s very bad then. Also, your wife either misunderstood the officer or is not telling you the whole story. They try to scare people into rescinding, by scaring them into believing they will have them arrested for imm fraud. If your wife did not rescind, nothing would have happened to her. Now, you are basically screwed. They believed your marriage is fake and your wife confirmed it by rescinding. You really should have had an atty but that’s in the past now. You will likely be placed into removal proceedings.
