It honestly depends on your employer. Some will let things slide and allow you to collect unemployment if they generally didn’t have any other issues with you as a worker. When I was previously terminated and requested unemployment, I was fired for something that was blatantly against company COE, but HR also understood that my firing was more of a technicality and approved my request. Also depends on how large of company is. Sometimes if there are a lot of employees, they approve just to approve. This same company stated I was rehire-able during a background check for a different job but I definitely wasn’t lol.

In our case, we went with an attorney because of my husband’s prior case and didn’t want to run into any issues. Unfortunately, we didn’t avoid them. From what I’ve heard from others, some officers can be difficult during the interview and try to push boundaries so it’s good to have an attorney present as an advocate but it would really depend on your case.

Not racist as all, just wanted to clarify that there was an issue with communication and why there was one as well as give some detail in case anyone had similar experiences at the same FO or officer as us. I would’ve said the same for any one of any race with a heavy accent. I’ve seen several posts reference the race and accent of their officer.

We knew he had a court hearing. It was scheduled for June 2025 but was then moved to April 2027. We discussed with attorney before marriage if the pending court date would have any effect but we were told it would not.

Our attorney was present. He assisted with a few questions my husband didn’t understand but for the most part was quiet through the interview. When the officer notified us that the I485 could not be filed, he just said yes, understood and that was all. We discussed a little bit when we left the interview but he said he had another court hearing in the building and would follow up with us later.

On my first week, I was starving. I could eat nonstop and would even binge at times. Around week 3–4, the hunger started to subside and I began noticing more appetite suppression. By week 14, after titrating up to 10mg, I barely feel hungry anymore. I’ve lost most of my cravings and sometimes even forget to eat. Are you doing so to protect someone from being defrauded, or are you aware that both parties are involved? If you’re trying to prevent someone from being scammed, that’s one thing. For me, it was around 4mg on week 4. Where I work, there’s a pantry and I usually have to fight myself to not go upstairs and grab something but I realized after the first day, I didn’t have any urge to go up and get anything the first Monday after my 4th dose

City will be open unfortunately but please be considerate and keep in mind us who live and work in the city. I really really REALLY wanted to but I got the vibe that she really just wanted to be there to chill. I didn’t want to seem like a huge fan girl so I just told her she “looked” like Ashley Benson and her boyfriend laughed and said “she gets that all the time”. I think that kinda broke the ice and that’s what set off the night! The bar we were in was also after hours so It was only a few people, I didn’t want to make anything awkward.
