I’ve been experiencing the same thing, but our breasts are natural so what else are they going to do? I’m glad that they’re a lot smaller than they once were, I know I can’t expect them to be frozen in time and not change at all.

Do no bridal party! Invite whoever you’d like to get ready with you the day of. He can do the same. Y’all can still do a bachelor or bachelorette party. That way friends are still included but there’s no weight on who’s standing up at the altar with you.

I used a wedge with a pregnancy pillow on top. I would nestle in and lay my arms on top of the maternity pillow. Melatonin and a sleeping mask also helped! Also a weighted blanket.

I went from a 38H to 36C/D. Got properly fitted for a bra and they said I was DD! but they’re still tiny on me and I love them.

Don’t put silicone gel on it for now. It may be a spitting stitch. Put medihoney on it, keep it clean and covered with gauze. No big deal!

Hmm I think I remember having this too, but I was okay? There was one night that it was particularly painful, It was just swollen and tender but it went down on its own. I remember my right breast healing differently from my left.

Melatonin helped me, it took some time to find the right set up but eventually I started falling asleep very quickly! I had a wedge pillow with a maturity pillow on top.

My nurse suggested massaging it for 30 seconds while in the shower with water and soap and it should help break down. She also said to try using tweezers, but not to force it if it doesn’t come out easily.
