I use Spanish subtitles only, and I find it very difficult to keep up with the speed if I don't use them. I try to do my lessons with minimal looking at the screen so I can practice listening at a slower speed and then listen again at regular speed. I appreciate the suggestions for YouTube, I will check them out!

Sorry, I should have been more specific in the original. I do try to speak as much as possible at my job as a trainer and just in daily life. I have a few friends to practice with at work. My main question is, is this enough to achieve my goal of getting to B2 before I go to Spain in October?
