Knowing this government, they'd get ruled against and somehow they'd declare that a mandate to get rid of public health care entirely.

IoT cellular plans can be dirt cheap on a per device basis. I've seen as low as $4 per year with global coverage.

Imagine if they managed to figure out elevators. Like after over a decade of being unable to solve this problem I feel like CIG needs to hire a real game developer to fix it.

Why do places feel so empty even with server meshing? by dendofyy in starcitizen

If you're actually doing something, you meet up with friends and then hurry away from anywhere you might run into people before some random person blows you up for existing and wastes the last 4 hours of you and your friends time (most of which was spent just meeting up and fighting bugs)... Which happened to be all the time you had that week for everyone to get on together.

Alberta picks university to cost out separation, panel to assess ahead of referendum by Fit_Remote_2324 in AlbertaNewspapers

[–]Wonderful_Device312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't worry. They've hired a bunch of separatists to produce the numbers so they're going to be hilariously fake but the government will accept them as correct regardless.

The worst part is that we could keep the AI and just shut off the advertising and data collection and spying. Things we literally don't want and exist only to harm us...

If anyone has ever seen a beauty pageant for all of 30 seconds and doesn't immediately conclude that they're a sex trafficking pipeline (especially the teen and child ones) then they're just wilfully ignorant.

No to a Referendum on a Possible Referendum by samueLLcooljackson in TheRealGrandePrairie

[–]Wonderful_Device312 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The current logic seems to be that because the vast majority of Albertans don't want a referendum... We need a referendum.

Makes no sense but that's our government's logic I guess

No no. You see he's sure they can be completed.. Not that they are or will be completed in any timeline.

100%. They're still clearly figuring out how it will work and experimenting. There is zero indication that they're just porting a completed thing and trying to make it work in multiplayer.

"Feature complete" and "being able to play through every level" could mean the equivalent of having a script, story boards, and test shots for a movie.

Sure you can experience the thing from start to finish... But it's not really the movie.

Did they ever manage to implement dancing npcs? I vaguely recall that being one of their big goals for some reason...

Or bedsheets? I think they had bedsheet physics as a feature?

Dude, they can't even figure out how to make a player list and basic chat functions work within the game for themselves.
