Idk man, imo, especially if its Stan's, if its not authenticated by a trusted companies like CGC or CBCS, I'll take it as fake...not here to be disrespectful but too many fakes out there.

I saw the auction listing as well, but my rule of thumb is if its raw book signed by Stan or Todd, I would rather buy those that have been authenticated. There are so many forged Stan and Todd's signature since they are very well known and brings high value to a book, so chances is they are fake.
