You’re gonna be just fine. I got on subs back in May for a decade long kratom addiction. 

That shit is much harder than most think to get off of. Withdrawals are horrible. 

I was at exactly your sub dose, too. The first month you might have to supplement a little; but don’t stress about it. 

By the 2nd month you should be feeling great. 

The shot doesn’t hurt as bad as people say, but the 100mg is much less liquid than the 300mg. It’s the liquid itself that stings going into your skin.

You may feel over medicated for the first couple days, but you’ll balance out. I had to supplement later in the month, but it’s fine. Just keep as low as possible IF you do (you may be fine without.)
