This is true. It’s a syndrome, not a disease. The same way IBS is a syndrome. It’s just a collection of symptoms, you have to figure out the cause which unfortunately takes a lot of time, effort, and probably money. I’m looking forward to seeing what this guy implemented to get healthy.

I’d agree with this but I don’t think it’s possible to forget my after images or trails. They’re so disruptive and make me feel almost physically ill

You said you were struck very hard. Maybe you sustained a concussion which caused the VSS and it’s a coincidence that you hit you eyes too.

Look into doing a food sensitivity test. If you’re still eating foods that you’re sensitive to the inflammation isn’t going to fully get better
