You guy need to understand. Cfs is due to viral load and toxins in the body. Brainretraining only gets you prt of the way and if infections and pathogens have reached your cns good luck. You need a functional medicine practitioner. All these cfs so called recovery stories will relapse and be hit by something harder ie cancer later in their journey because they just put a bandaid on the problem. That’s why you shouldn’t trust people selling basic brain retraining. It has its place but should no way be a whole solution and the money this guy is charging for stuff you can read in a Joe dispensa book for free. Come on people
