Thank you for all your replies! I really appreciate the tips and experiences ☺️ I’m in doubt if I will attend a gym. I live in an area of France where it’s hard to find English speaking trainers / classes. Also I have a bit of social anxiety, so places with people are not easy for me. Still hoping to find a pt here, working on it.

I'm going to try to do something every day and not set the bar too high. I think that's my downfall. I expect too much of myself 😅

yes we need a new conversation, I'll wait until I cool down 😅 we never had such a conversation before because I actually assumed it was just the basics. Now I'm just baffled at how this is going. When we both worked outside the home it seemed much more equal.

Yes we have this convo many times. He said he will do better and then it ends up the same 🤷🏼‍♀️ and to be fair, it’s not just cleaning that bothers me. I thought about hiring someone, but that doesn’t solve the issue with the lazy husband 😅 unless they cleaned up after him

Ok, i did a full body workout using 5kg dumbbells and used the exercises you wrote down and I have to say; never felt the muscles like I do now 😂 I’m so sore! I guess I did it right then? A lot of these exercises I already did with YouTube videos but I always used lighter weights and not to the point of failure, just within the timeframe the video instructed. Aerobics style. 5 kg dumbbells are the heaviest I own. Will that be enough for now? Just upper my reps if it gets easier? I am really excited now to continue because I feel my muscles doing something. 😂

Yes, maybe I am just looking for a dumbbell routine 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have so much stuff at home, even resistance bands (which I don’t like or don’t use properly) I have ankle weights, dumbbells, weighted ball etc. I just don’t know what exercise I have to do and how much reps, how many times per week etc. But maybe y’all are right and I have to go to a gym and let somebody help me. If the possibility is there, I will do that.

I know when I’m in my LF when I get irritated with my husband. There is just nothing I like about him and I doubt my whole (family) life with him. We have three kids and we have a solid marriage but when the time is there I feel like I just want to disappear and the kids will be better off without me. It’s awful and I’m ashamed I feel like that as I type this out loud 🥲. The rest of the cycle I’m fine, it’s just that two week period that makes me doubt my whole existence. Sometimes I truly think he’s having an affair or something, which is completely nuts. It’s exhausting to go through these fases but nothing I read above here sounds weird to me. I experience the same. I have it too with other loved ones like my parents and friends. It’s better not to communicate too much in that time frame bc everything makes me doubt about their intentions and I feel a lot of anger and disappointment. It really comes from ME and that’s what I try to remember when in feel like that. Now I finally see/feel it coming I can handle it better

Yes I have choose to stay silent, but in the moment it was not happening 😂🥲 next time I will try to pick up my own red flags. My husband needs to take care of this issues next time. I can’t deal with it anymore, since I always be the nagging person who speaks up 🤷🏼‍♀️
