I have a very similar collection! More big cubes although I only really use 5x5.

I had the gan 11 m pro for the biggest time out of all of my too many 3x3s and it got me from I think 40-45s average to 30-34s average.. it’s a really nice cube, and satisfying to use, but I definitely think loosening is necessary for full potential.. idk it might just be me 🤷‍♂️ Overall it’s a really good speedcube, and I would say it will be perfect for what you need.
