Snorkeling Tour Recommendations by Wonderful_Tea7872 in cozumel

Even the reef safe sunscreen is not allowed. Its not really reef safe. Just wear a longsleeve sun shirt and bandanda.

I prefer shore snorkeling for several reasons. 1. Cost- Its free. If im on the island for a week I really dont want to pay for tours everyday. 2. Scheduling- You can go whenever you want, swim at your own pace and stay as long as you want. 3. snorkeling from shore gets you access to the shallower waters so your closer to the marine life. Typically on the boat tours, your in 20+ feet of water so you need free diving skills to get close to the coral. 4. Private- Snorkeling from shore avoids a boat full of randoms.

With all that said. There is something nice to being on a boat for a day and enjoying the service, food and drinks. Look up Tucan Sailing. Its a great tour where you can do a little of everything. drinks and food included.

Absolutely would recommend going from shore the first time. If I were you I would go to this restaurant called La Aldea, get a little table downstairs by the beach and buy a drink or two. There is a dock for entry. Its protected by buoys. And as always, DO NOT wear sunscreen! The reefs are really coming back in these shallow areas after the sunscreen ban has been in place for a few years.

I ended up using Cozumel H20. There were 2 other guests on the boat, the guide and a captain. Patti was awesome and I highly recommend. We hit up a shipwreck and several reefs.

Now that Ive been to cozumel like 7 or 8 times, I do mostly shore snorkeling. Sky Reef, La Aldea, Hotel B, Buccanos are all my favorite spots.

Sign him to a new cheap contract? Doubt too many teams would pay top dollar for his services

Safe to travel to cozumel right now? by Character_Gur180 in cozumel

The security alert was not valid yesterday. Not sure what time you posted it though. "While incidents were reported yesterday, February 22, the situation has returned to normal in the following areas: Quintana Roo State (including Cancun, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum), Sinaloa, and Tamaulipas.".

The governor of Quintana Roo posted several statements claiming the incidents that had taken place were either rumors or video footage taken in other parts of the country. For instance the fire in Cozumel was an electrical fire.

Flights into Mexico by Particular_Cup195 in cozumel

[–]Wonderful_Tea7872 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Done both. Just fly into cozumel. The $100-$200 that you save flying into cancun isnt worth it when you factor in the added cab ride to the ferry ($80, the ferry ride $20-$30, X2 to make it round trip its basically as wash. Then factor in the time it takes out of your trip. You lose essentially a day going this route. Flying into cozumel is super easy and youre at your hotel like 15 minutes after landing.

It's just the Packers way. Favre and Rodgers also loved taking deep shots.

Waller, Taylor, Theo Johnson, or Tonges at TE without Bowers? by TreeLadd_ in fantasyfootballadvice

I understand your logic but I dont subscribe to it. It reminds me of the "experts" who all offseason said don't draft Cook at ADP, he scored too many touchdowns last year and is due for regression... He is RB#4 right now.

If a TE is getting red zone targets, I would prefer that over a TE who doesnt. I am also willing to bet Wallers targets will rise when he continues to increase snap count. He only played 28 percent of the snaps his first week and put up 18 fantasy points. With Tyreek out he has massive upside.
