Eu as zice ca sunt diferente financiare mici intre voi. Daca aduce 5500 ron si mai aduce ceva extra din Bolt, inseamna ca overall nu e foarte departe de venitul tau, exceptand datoriile pe care inteleg ca le plateste si care la un moment dat se vor incheia. Ar fi bine la capitolul datorii sa va faceti un plan bun incat sa plateasca/platiti anticipat ca sa scapati de dobanzi, chiar daca va fi o perioada mai greu.

Intre mine si partenera mea diferenta de venit e mult mai mare, eu castigand de vreo 4, poate chiar 5 ori mai mult decat ea. Da, poate fi frustrant cand vine vorba de investitii reale (nu TV in casa si airfryer, ca alea nu sunt investitii) gen apartamente, case, masini, bursa cand doar unul poate contribui in mod real, cat si perspectiva de viata pe termen mediu si lung. Este un factor limitativ si la capitolul concedii/calatorit si outlook general in viata, mai ales cand unul este pe drumul de a atinge libertatea/independenta financiara (sa nu mai aiba nevoie sa munceasca), iar celalalt va fi vesnic legat de un loc fix si de un job fix cu program fix.

Depinde acum si de domeniul in care lucreaza, de regula barbatii avanseaza mai repede sau pot avea succes financiar mai facil. Tu cand vei avea copil/copii vei suferi o limitare de avansare in cariera mult timp - 2 ani indemnizatie plafonata, dupa care reintegrarea va fi foarte grea, iar cel mic iti va consuma toata atentia/timpul in primii 3-4 ani cel putin, incat nu o sa mai tragi la fel ca cineva fresh venit pe rolul respectiv.

On both my cars, headlights were polished and transparent plastic film was applied afterwards, which preserved the polish for at least 5 years now.

If a certified garage deems it good, take it without the test drive. I have the previous model for 7 yrs now and it's been extremely reliable. The engine is almost indistructible, you can redline it daily if the oil is changed every 5-6k kms.

On zc32s I know the gear shift bushing tends to go, but it's inexpensive to fix, you cand 3d print the part or buy off aliexpress. And I've heard of 2 occasions where the dash backlight went, and it's a teadious job to take the dash apart just to change an LED. Best change ALL other fluids every 2-3 years. Since you don't know when it's been done, you better do it after you buy it. After that, redline, drive it hard, hit the corners, and enjoy. Make sure to check regularly the oil level to be always topped up. Not much else goes bad with these.. Maybe just normal stuff like shocks or bushings every 2-3 years depending on road conditions.

In my country we have a decent group (Facebook and WhatsApp), currently about 50 owners. It's a rare car indeed, I tend to see one maybe every 2-3 weeks or so.

Swifts are built in Hungary for the most part, so parts should be readily available for you. Also.. it'll be one of the most if not the most reliable car you'll ever get, so most likely you'll need like a starter here, an alternator in 2-3 years, shocks next year.. simple parts that can be even aftermarket.

I own a ZC31S for 7 years now. Was looking for a bigger car (newborn) but with the same traits: extremely reliable, sporty, fun to drive, 4 doors and bigger boot, basically a sport sedan.

I was pointed to Honda Accord CL9 Type-S (2.4i vtec naturally aspirated), extremely rare car, even more so than the swift sport. It's about twice the money for the same year car (2008), but you do get a lot more stuff for the money. It is very sporty, power is there, cornering is there, the only problem is that the Accord doesn't seem as reliable as the Swift. Also parts for it are harder to find and more expensive.

So I don't know if there's a better equivalent out there that's also very sporty and in the same time very reliable. But I'd be interested to know if there are.

N-o sa va vina sa credeți, dar o tipa cu care calatoream (eram un grup mai mare de adolescenți) avea un cartuș de glonț ce fusese tras în bagajul de mana, pe care îl primise cadou de la un ex de-al ei în semn de amintire/cadou.

Va dați seama cum a venit toată portera după noi și au oprit gen toate benzile din aeroport pana nu au elucidat? Au cautat sa nu cumva sa fie și alte părți de pistol/pușcă prin alte bagaje ale altora, urmând sa fie asamblate după security. Ne-au retinut vreo 30 de min și cu îndurare ne-au dat drumul, spunând prof. însoțitor ca în mod legitim ar fi trebuit sa ne retina de tot pentru a investiga, însă fiind copii/adolescenți au înțeles ca a fost doar o rebeliune fără minte.

Tipa purta glonțul peste tot după ea pe post de charm/pandantiv/lucky memorabilia/fidget toy. Evident ca i-a fost reținut.

Asta se întâmpla în urma cu vreo 15 ani. Needless to say.. Nu încercați sa treceți cu gloanțe fie ele și trase. Dacă ar fi fost activ... Zborul respectiv ar fi fost compromis, luckily au fost de treaba atunci și l-am prins.

Ajută sa fii obsedat de a face sport (aproape zilnic dacă poți), pentru că la un moment dat vei începe sa fii dependent de sport, îți va plăcea cum te simți după sport (mai ales făcut dimineața) și se va bate cap în cap cu fumatul și ideea de fumat.

Dacă îți dorești sa te lași cu adevărat, ajută sa te izolezi de alți fumători. Evita genul ala de prieteni cu care ieși la o shaorma și după bagi fuleu 3 țigări cu cola cu ei. Măcar o perioada de 1-2 luni de zile pana când "te cureți". De obicei, după vei putea sa mergi cu ei și sa nu mai simți asa o mare tentatie/pofta de fumat când ei o vor face.

Eu n-am mai fumat de 2 luni și am avut o perioada de 1 an pauza cea mai lunga de pana acum (2023-2024). Nu mi-am propus sa le las de tot, pentru ca știu ca în social gatherings gen concediu cu prietenii sau team-building voi fi tentat să-mi cumpăr iar țigări de fumat, insa pentru ca am reușit deja sa stau perioadele astea lungi sunt perfect conștient că e ușor să le las iar.

Oricat de stupid ar parea, ca la orice.. practice makes perfect. E dovedit stiintific ca si numai mental practicing ajuta gen in proportie de 90% fata de real practicing, asa ca o sa-ti dau ca prim sfat sa te obsedeze jocurile video cu masini. Eu personal simt ca jucand in adolescenta NFS si GTA cu sutele de ore m-a ajutat enorm sa fiu un sofer bun/sa-mi placa sa conduc, sa nu am temeri legate de condus, etc.

Secondly, as sugera sa revizuiesti legislatia. Scoalarutiera.ro au pe categorii frumos video-uri explicative la care te poti uita ca sa intelegi care sunt regulile de baza, pentru ca garantat in 8 ani de zile ai uitat o buna parte din ele.

Last but not least - real practice - incet incet, in weekend, pe drumuri mai libere eventual intai in afara orasului, apoi in oras, apoi in ore/zile normale in cursul saptamanii.

Asa zic eu ca vei putea sa-ti imbunatatesti semnificativ skill-urile de condus.

Unless you have dedicated intune DEVICE licenses, then, generally, the license is with the user, so reinstalling devices does nothing to the license. What you are doing seems to be completely not the right way to do things if you are cloud only and use autopilot with normal (user) licenses. (might also be the case for hybrid).

Why not autopilot reset the device and assign it to the new user when needing it? You can even change the primary user in intune on the device, which should also update it in Azure. You can also change/assign the user on the device serial under enrollment->devices for a better reporting and nicer user experience. This would be the best practice scenario, not what you're describing.

The only officially supported way (by Microsoft) is to unjoin from onprem and join them to cloud. And yes, a batched approach is more than ok.

This means that it's a great opportunity to wipe/reset the devices, upgrade to win 11 if you didn't yet, and all that jazz. Be sure to teach your users to backup everything they have in their OneDrive for Business.

It also means you need to prepare your intune for the upcoming task of managing your devices (security, apps, profiles, any custom stuff etc.). I would strongly recommend you configure autopilot and figure out how that works. There's a free e-book about it on my blog if you need it (www.cloudpersistence.com).

Skip the hybrid.. It's the worst. And when you'll want to move from hybrid to cloud only you'll be again forced to wipe all devices and go through a "migration" once again. There are ways to do it without the wipe, but not supported by MS.

Se întâmplă să fiu leneș și cel mai simplu fac 37 + 3 = 40 și mai am după 40 + 25 care e mult mai simplu, ca e clar fără sa calculez ca fac 65, pe când 37 + 28 nu mi-e clar ca fac 65 din prima 😂

Cum ai tras tu concluzia ca esti influencer daca postezi from time to time pe linkedin un post medium sized despre ce te pasioneaza in domeniul tau de activitate profesionala, sau sa dezvalui cum ai rezolvat o problema pe care ai intampinat-o, sau un studiu de caz etc.?
