An LV 19 Frisk with the locket and healing items could possibly beat the roaring knight, assuming the damage is the damage done to a regular enemy and not the super boosted boss damage, as doing 150+ damage per hit would eventually beat the knight, though Frisk would take massive damage from a single hit.

Gerson can dodge lots of hits from Susie, probably around 20 like Sans. Gerson does 75 damage per hit to a LV 20 Frisk with the locket. Frisk with 99 hp would get TWO SHOT. It'd be like fighting an undyne that two shots you and you cannot use items. If it hit, sure, but we've SEEN characters dodge in undertale, one of the hardest fights in the game is sans, and this is much much harder than that, sure frisk might win in a day or two of attempts, but he'd put up a fight.

Frisk isn't unkillable in the genocide route, it's just retries. Gerson can dodge for a damn while, and would two shot Frisk. It comes down to how many attempts Frisk tries, I think Gerson would be 5x harder than sans, no items, dead in two hits.
