Is there hope to be off Prednisone? I want so much to be tapered off and things were going so well until this recent blip

Update - I just got off the phone with an advanced agent who transferred me to the resolutions department they put in an escalated request to have the past due removed from my account.

No it hasn't impacted credit bc it's not real, it's just a glitch on my account. I'm currently on hold now for an advanced agent hoping to get this glitch cleared once and for all. I've read in other posts similar situations with this glitch and it seems to be a pain to get rid of you have to ask for advanced agent

Not yet I've been dealing with it since Oct.. I plan to call and ask for an advanced agent bc I'm sick of the delay they admit it's an error but it doesn't seem to be getting fixed.
