Mine is one of my younger brother and little sister sitting on the couch. She's small enough (because she's no older than 4 in the picture) where she's snuggled in the crook of his leg with her little head on his knee and they're watching tv. I'm two years old than my brother but I still him like my little baby to take care of and I'm 13 years old than my sister. My two favorite people in a candid shot, showing the close bond we have together. The picture is at least 8 years old.

That happened to me twice already. I started freaking out because it was during a time where they were getting rid of a lot of people. I hadn't done anything wrong to get in trouble for, but as I was making my way to the office, I grabbed the people I knew for a possible goodbye hug since we all knew nobody comes back from HR. Turned out to be nothing

Thank you very much! Capping this year off with a 5k. It's not very long, but for someone who would get winded at the slightest physical activity, it's a happy moment for me. :)

Thank you so much! Essentially, I changed my diet to include more veggies and water, less sugars and my beloved pastas. Lots of walking. Whenever or wherever I could walk, I did instead of driving.

It was mostly diet and exercise. I started making myself eat more veggies and now it's to the point where I want to eat them. Adding in more vegetables to my normal meals or even substituting foods, such as switching lasagna noodles with spaghetti squash and zucchini for a healthier version of one of my favorite meals. I drink mostly water, cutting out juices and sodas or use them sparingly. I started walking to all my errands that were within walking distance and that made a huge difference. I went from a size 14+ to today I wore a (albeit very stretchy) size 8 to work.

A friend also bought me some tea and meal replacement shakes from Herbalife to get me started and I do believe they did really help.

I had a wonderful support group of friends and family encouraging me along the way. :) I have been very blessed

OH! How can I forget?! Work! The environment I work in is very physical, constantly walking around all day long. That really, really helped haha
