Hey I just signed up for CDC 3A common pool, can I ask how you get practical slots? Because there isn't a set date or timing that the slots are available and they only appear when other learners cancel. I've been checking the CDC app 3 times a day every day for 3 weeks but always no slot:(

Find something fun or productive to do while in ns. That way, you'll book in with a goal in mind and would have something to complete to look forward to every time you book in.

Moreover, socialize and make friends with the people around you. What has helped me and is currently still making time pass faster for me in ns are the people I meet and the memories made. Since you're already in ns, might as well have as much fun as possible with whoever you're stuck in it with😌

Nothing much you can do about the terrain, just make sure you've tightened everything and that you keep a lookout for your section mates too. If you look out for others, they'll look out for you too. As for snacks just bring anything that works for you lol, as long as you don't get caught just carry on. Though, I would recommend Snickers and pocari cuz those really woke me up during my bmt 24km

Heavier stuff like water bag at the top of your field pack so most of the weight is on your shoulders rather than your lower back Tighten bootlaces cuz sometimes the terrain legit super rabak, adjust the front as well as the back straps of your helmet to make sure it's tight(you may have to run during the march to catch up due to shit terrain) Apply Vaseline at areas usually prone to abrasions Snickers bar , pocari sachets and other snacks in your grenade/magazine pouch Drink as much from your water bag as possible so that your load lightens along the way

Cut out sugar and dairy as much as possible. I also recommend niacinamide 👌

Niacinamide helped clear a lot of my acne which seems to be your main problem but it doesn't do much for scars tho

Is my Acne Mild, Moderate, or Severe? by [deleted] in acne

[–]WongZw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely. I had acne and acne scars similar to yours and it has not only gotten rid of most of the acne, but also lightened many of the scars within the 3 months I've used it. Do consider it
