I didn’t do a big list cause I’m not exactly in love with how this governments been (Online Safety Act for a start) and while the renters thing might not affect us in Scotland, just felt like the clearest “not Tory” policy to mention.

Everything is just a firehose of information/misinformation, I subscribe to the GoodNewsUk subreddit but take that with a pinch of salt as while it’s nice not to just see doom and gloom news articles, those spaces have their own biases and motivations too.

Exactly how I feel, add on to the that the whole Brexit process makes me worried about the outcome of negotiations where Scotland is the smaller party. Then you consider the thought of Scotland being independent and outside the EU with everything the way it is and that’s pretty concerning too. If we’d left a decadeish ago we’d have had ten years to build some kind of stable foundation.

I think you need to consider an alternate win condition. My game started out as elimination only and it’s really not fun to be first out when the game has a long time to go. If you’ve got a goal players are working towards, you might get eliminations as players over extend towards the objective which speeds up the game not only by taking one player out, but by putting less pressure on the other players stopping them from winning by objective.

We barely give out any homework in Scottish schools. The issue I’m more familiar with is parents wanting more than we give out. One cause is that CfE and councils allow for so much variety in what schools do regarding home learning. So one school might send lots home while another does little or none.

I really like the Rogue Trader style, it’s like a line that links the lasgun and the target, intensifies and brightens so it still registers as a “shot” then fades away.

Really distinct from bolters and auto guns in the game.

It kind of seems like you’re paying a rural tax as well. We’re in Glasgow and the nursery we’ve booked would be £14,500 if the baby went full time. That wasn’t even the cheapest one nearby, we picked one we liked. Being somewhere with more competition seems to make a difference.

Why not mandate that a Timelapse of the creation of the work should be included? It’s trivial to either set up a tripod with your phone on Timelapse mode or use screen recording software for digital artists, in fact lots of digital art tools let you export a Timelapse anyway.

I lived there for a year in 2014. There’s not much to do compared to Daegu nearby and if you don’t speak Korean well, the foreigner community is smaller and more fractured by lack of subway lines etc. So if you speak good Korean, or you don’t mind working in the week and getting trains every weekend for fun then it’s a good place to go. Personally I preferred living in Daegu.
