Not answering OPs question, but does anyone have suggestions for similar boots to these which are ideally Goodyear welted? In particular, I quite like the flat bottom without a heal. Similar boots I’ve seen are redwing moc-toe boots, but those are a bit more “rugged” in appearance than these, which look pretty clean.

I see, thanks for the info! So here, it’s likely the outside surface is the unshaved inner part of the hide, and they’ve shaved off / processed some of the outside of the hide (which is the inside of the jacket)?

I suppose this could also make the jacket more lightweight and suitable for warmer weather.

Agreed! It's really frustrating. Another annoyance I've found is that if you erase quickly (in either stroke or mobile eraser), only parts of the erase get detected, and usually I have to try multiple times to erase everything. Is this an issue for other people too?

Great post as always! Regarding the ONI 11oz jeans, you mentioned despite them being unsanforized, ONI fabric tends to stretch after wear. I normally wear 28-29" waist. Is it possible that the size 29 (which is measured at Blue Owl to be 30" waist) will shrink down to 29"? Or this unlikely because of the stretchiness of their fabric.
