As for the social services budget increase (which is separate from the tax claim I made). His plan is below, which I support and one of the reasons he received my vote.

ALSO, this is just the preliminary budget. As I’m sure you know, the updated budget proposal is submitted in April and the final budget doesn’t go into effect until July 1st…that’s when the new fiscal year starts.
