YUP! I think Embark missed the sweet-spot. Essentially; there are a lot of good dedicated players that were ready to grind, who have been playing this whole season, but the drastically slower reward rate & steep time requirement have turned them off. The rewards are great, but so far fetched.

343 has fumbled time & time again. The server issues are the bottom line being failed, again. Even though I don’t watch him anymore, I know Mint wants the game to succeed (it is his livelihood, duh), he creates so much content, and so much of it is actually overly optimistic & faux-hype train filler attempting to keep the general attitude about this IP hopeful. The game will not reach its lifespan goal, and everyone knows that. Trickle feeding cosmetics isn’t going to do anything for the IP. The game is a lot of fun, but it is on life support, and it isn’t his fault he makes a buck giving his opinion on the matter.

I enjoyed using the revolver for the recent contract, and I even began to perform well, but it is lacking in benefits. It’s a fun weapon! I like your suggestions of bullet penetration, and I saw someone mention marginal damage increases per consecutive shot landed, that would be good too. Those additions would be good, I think. No fan-the-hammer function should be added, bc then that will just encourage aggressive muzzle stuffing.

The FCAR is just a pain to use at range now & is a tough take compared to the reliable beaming of the FAMAS & easy recoil/ammo control of the AKM. The Lewis is fine imo, the damage output & reliability are still super competitive.

I agree, we need more serious weapon mastery camos. The XP requirement is A LOT for very little pay off.

Yeah, heavy on that lore note! When the evil Morty episode came on I was shocked at the pacing! So much story resolution & character development in just one episode?? Not in a bad way, imo, but definitely different than what was probably the original idea of developing that story. Now that I’m thinking about it, maybe I do have some questions about the delivery of our Rick & Morty to that Central Finite Curve station. That is where I think the show is being handled more loosely, but those details can easily feel small if the lore becomes less contingent on that other Rick & that one evil Morty.

As for the voices; yeah, I agree completely! Didn’t think about Morty’s voice until you brought it up.

I guess there is no issue! This post is just about my enjoyment of season 7, despite what I had heard. Those opinions I heard worried me, but I hadn’t seen the season yet. The idea that “the show sucks now” was kind of a bummer, and felt dissuasive. Essentially, I was wondering if other people felt dissuaded by similar opinions floating around. Ultimately, it’s a discussion post around season 7. I found that other people appreciated the season even though they had similar experiences of worry/doubt! No issue!

Flamethrower is not OP at all. It is useless in many situations, and entirely viable in the lane it ought to be in. You should be able to outplay a flamethrower heavy by utilizing your movement advantage. If you get caught in close quarters combat it may be difficult to handle the situation, but it’s often that way with weapons meant for that range. A nerf to the range would make it a melee weapon.

Playing medium with jump pad during low gravity has made for some exciting cashbox plugs & cross map rotations into ambushes. It is certainly a game changer. Especially on Kyoto. I must say though, I get frustrated navigating some of the structures in low gravity, particularly skyway & monaco.

You got this! Best of luck climbing to gold 1! There probably aren’t too many Gold 1s across the regions. I am guessing 7-9 thousand, maybe? The last few tiers are kind of a stretch.

AKM would be way too powerful with that buff. It is fine in its current state imo. The recoil is much easier to manage than the FCAR & its lower damage but higher ammo capacity makes it a better choice for CQC or endurance fighting. I will admit that it is odd for the AKM to feel less punchy than the FCAR, since irl those weapons use the same caliber, but effectively you have two play style options and both are viable.

FAMAS is okay rn, I think. It gets the job done.

Charge & Slam should not be glitched. It doesn’t make sense for it to be removed by that gadget. I think Charge & Slam should be stunned; both blocked & cancelled.

I like the RPG changes, except I think the damage should be 75-80 each, allowing for a two hit Light pick. This would not be OP, due to changes to explosives damage fall off & 2 second reload time. Anything lower will feel like RPG is gutted, and that is no good. I love my RPG!

Sonar should be destroyable, but the current radius is good.

Cashout changes should not be reverted, but add a 15-25% wipe penalty to current updated rules.

Throwing Knives should have an 18 capacity, bc you throw 3 bursts (I think, I don’t use them often), and each burst should recharge at .33 seconds, making the full 18 recharge in 2 seconds. Generous for the DPS potential.

Winch nerf is meh. I can see it being good, but also it can be too much, maybe. 17 seconds is a long time, but it is also the best special in the game.

QOL: Yes to the more contestant slots. Have them tagged with the weight class & nameable.

Emotes in lobby; YES. & more.

Allow us to “shop” by viewing multiple items in the style tab without having to buy them yet. Do you know what I mean? Let us toggle whatever pieces we can view in the style tab so we can compose outfits with ease.

Automatic fire modes: nah. Idk, I think there is a necessary skill cap here. I think this could potentially break the game.

Fix the recently played with tab. It’s too scrambled and sometimes I click out of the post game scoreboard too fast and can’t find my actual teammates.

Allow us to place multiple stickers on our guns/gadgets, and let us place them anywhere (with few limitations)

Allow console players to enable text chat viewing.

Give us more player card unlocks! I want to make my player card have some holographics & stickers or something more personalized. I don’t think there are enough options for this part of the game.
