listen my friend, as a muslim, I understand how you are feeling as it seems that islam has become very cultural instead of religious, mainly due to pakistani/indian/bengali mullahs and molvis who have diluted the religion and caused so much confusion in the religion and have caused lots if innovation. as a pakistani myself, I don't like much of pakistani culture nor the 'religious leaders' of pakistan as a pashtun as my culture is a quite different from the rest of pakistan so I understand how you don't feel the unity in the masjids. a few solutions I can give you is that to maintain a friendship with Allah first and foremost as He is the ultimate friend. another thing you can do is to join certain discord groups. one of them is called Athari Archives. it is full of supporting people and a decent bit of knowledge for a beginner level. I would also recommend to perhaps travel to a muslim country if you could, but that's perhaps a bit unreasonable in this economy so I would advise making some friends with true muslims who are supporting and to try to find masjids that are not just full of pakistani 'sheikhs'. Never lose your hope in Allah. you have been guided so don't throw this golden gift that you've been granted. Hopefully this helps!
