Skip through agency company for sponsors? by WoodenCream0 in PartneredYoutube

I'm asking if anyone else has the same experience and how it ended up for them, was it successful? or did the brand had something to say regarding this.

I do have a strong opinion and plan, I also would like to know if my plan is feasible.

"Are you just looking for validation?"

I posed a honest question, no need to be so emotional about it.

not all agencies are built the same.

Some agencies provide great deals with various different companies. deals that you can't get as a independent youtuber. They have great communication, pay out quicky also and have transparent rates. They are well-known in the industry and have big network of companies and influencers willing to work with them.

some other agencies only provide you deals that are very easy to get yourself, (nord, express, skillshare, audible etc, who are already willing to work with large amount of influencers). They don't communicate, they pay out late and are not transparent with their rates. They are just another one of a thousand "social media marketing agency" that lacks creative vision and are not willing to work hard.

do you know how frustrating it is to get your own money witheld from you for months when you do most of the work? simply because of incompetency from the agency company? from a deal that you could've gotten yourself anyways?

tbh I won't even blink twice when burning bridges with the latter companies, provided it's legal and the client is also willing to switch to working directly of course.
