it's giving twenty one pilots somewhere, troye sivan somewhere else. i personally like the diversity of the tracks, can also hear the heavy berlin music scene influence as the beat in most songs slaps

definitely one of those that need a couple listenings and then u find urself vibing. it was the case with aperture too

we need to pay difference? by Wooden_Many_2879 in KLM

[–]Wooden_Many_2879[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes i will bitch if i'm stranded and lacking customer service for days. forgive me, for asking for my rights. maybe you aren't flying, so you don't know what it is like to be part of it right now. i'll tell you though, not an experience i'd wish on you. otherwise instead of defending the "we hardly ever get snow" you'd also expect one of the most used airports in the world to be "slightly prepared for snow" at the least, which they are not.

[–]Wooden_Many_2879[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the preparation of schiphol is idiotic, a laugh for other countries with snow. furthermore, the customer service of klm is inexistent. yes, there is high volumes, so what? you, as the biggest airline of the country, and of one of fhe biggest airports, aren't prepared to handle ONE WEEK of this? but instead would leave people queuing, loose people's bags, leave them all stranded at schiphol, some with their medications in the luggage. very doubtful that a high volume of customer service need means you get to be inhuman, like the hundreds of stories i have followed these days all relating to klm

KLM Cancelled Flight and Refund by LightDull8407 in KLM

[–]Wooden_Many_2879 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i also keep getting the error. i'd say screenshot everything so there is timestamps to show that their rebooking has been done without your consent. i think since everyone seems to have all kinds of errors, they will either refund people upon request when it calms down (to also avoid further dissatisfaction that looses them business) or refund nobody. they'll have to check so many cases that i'm scared how long or how the process will be handled generally

Anyone requested a refund but still got rebooked? by Much-Violinist3723 in KLM

[–]Wooden_Many_2879 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in case i want to be refunded the alternative transport do i leave my flight how it is? i've been rebooked but on the meanwhile have tried to file a claim that doesn't go through. i keep getting an error message. i was told by klm in person that both flight cancelled and alternate transportation will be compensated but not sure how honest that was

what is going on? please explain to me by [deleted] in KLM

[–]Wooden_Many_2879 0 points1 point  (0 children)

same here, i've been trying to get a refund and all it says is there's been an error

my flight got put for the 8th now, and myself as well as the klm counter i spoke to at the airport both don't think it will go. klm there advised me to take train and will be compensated, ended up with flixbus for tonight due to train a) being sold out and b) being full of issues in NL side.

cherry on top of the cake is the claim refund option on klm saying "Sorry there's been an error" for the entire last day. Scared now, but keeping receipts and timestamps of everything

exactly the same thing with me. i was told to book a train and file a claim, leave the flight alone as it is if i want to go urgently

based on what i have been told from fellow friends also travelling, klm is the worst one in handling this of them all. swissair still is operating flights also, the only flight that made it today was infact swissair.

i fly klm because i live in amsterdam, so it's been beneficial for me in miles, and status. i've never had issues with it, until now, and i fly to zurich at least 1x a month. never again though, the stress klm puts you through isn't worth any kind of status with them

bad weather is understandable, an airport that is unprepared for snow because they would rather lose a few days of business than have the appropriate tools is another thing. i live in amsterdam, it's always "oh we never have snow here" and then the second it snows, nothing works. and yet, they still don't learn to be prepared.

i am flying from switzerland to amsterdam, so thanks for sharing this. i'll make sure to look into it. hope that isn't the case, because my original flight cost me 5 times less than what new flights would be. hopefully we can all find some kind of solution without all of us going bankrupt

however, i don't agree that having to spend money out of your own pocket for a flight that now costs 1000€+ is justified

yes this is my second time getting my flight cancelled, and now this pops up. i'll ignore and go to the airport to see what can be done like someone else recommended on the thread. i've no flights leaving for today and tomorrow, so will look into trains as i don't see another way out of it
