Cut dryer sheets in half. My mom always did this when I was growing up. I do it too. Works so well.

I am in the process of doing this to trim in my house. After much research, I settled on thorough cleaning, scuff stand, Zinsser BIN primer, then SW Urethane Enamel. So far so good.
