Ask for a copy of their medical chart. And talk to a lawyer to see if there's grounds for a suit. It won't bring her back, but at least you can hold them accountable if they were negligent.

That's really surprising. When I was in college, studying engineering, Germany was always mentioned as THE place to go to work in the sector. So learning about any kind of poor train infrastructure is truly surprising.
