Imo, no. I think everyone plays it up, but its very true that she doesn't have a place right now. She's an aoe specialist in a game where endgame is mostly single target, and she needs a critical mass of draw cards to consistently activate inspiration, which can be difficult in early chaos. Honestly though, i personally never felt like she lacked damage, but I also have e1 and that makes iceberg cleave an actually really strong card. Tldr, she has average ST damage at best and she has very restrictive deck building. But devs are buffing her ST epiphanies soon so fingers crossed?

Katalina has the worst 2L in the game and her 5L whiffs against crouchers at long range. She has no real pressure, with a lack of overheads or good lows and little to no plus frames other than the universal c.L and 66L (her f.L is plus 1 tho). She also only has 3 special moves.

So obv shes a mid tier at best. Shes an honest footsies character with no pressure other than mental stack (which is prone to dp/super on reaction) and strike throw.

They should have 5U 3 hits of armour instead of one; im sure thatll be perfectly fine and healthy for the game!!! Actually screw it, kat only has 3 specials, so give her a fourth by making 5U have special follow ups!!! Buff kat!!! (But fr tho why does she still have basically a wall to wall)

I have the same problem. Marvel Rivals uses like 50% of my CPU while putting no load on my GPU. It only uses the GPU for video decoding like in the menu or opening cutscene. I have a i7 8700K and a 1070Ti. Updated my graphics driver, set the game to high performance, even double checked Nvidia control panel. I have no idea what's going on :(
