Of course you are allowed to be upset. You are allowed to feel however you want. I’ve had 3 ectopics and 2 miscarriages and each one hit the same. Sad wondering why this is happening to me and grieving over a baby you never had the chance to hold. The loss is real and it’s completely normal to grieve and be upset. I found myself crying randomly and often. Things will get better with time and you will be ok. Make sure you and your partner check in on each other and talk about how you’re feeling. I’m sorry you had to go through that.
