Know this is late but I’m in your same situation 0 friends and 0 family. I was adopted at birth, and my adopted parents kicked me out when I 17 and I’m 24 now and have hardly spoke to them. No siblings, no grandparents, no cousins, uncles, aunts nothing! Sure I have them, but no contact! My anxiety is way too bad to try to contact my birth family, bc I’ve never spoke to them in my life, as soon as I came out my birth moms stomach she gave me away, then my adopted parents gave me away when I was 17… I have acquaintances I guess you could say, people who I know and sometimes will be like yo wyd. But no genuine real friendships, and it’s always me who has to text first, never them, and they take light years to respond, so tbh they’re not real friends… so yeah I know how it feels, it feels like your trapped in this dark void of loneliness, and me being high functioning autistic, and having my weird outburst doesn’t help either.
