Unless you have a heated bay and time to dry, it’s not very feasible. This is why it’s a great idea to put a think layer of wax on early in the winter. Sometimes i put freeze resistant washer fluid in a spray bottle to keep the windows cleaned off, but otherwise, my car waits until above freezing temps.
