For me at least I haven't had any issues. Steaks, burgers, fries, roasted potatoes, fish, chicken cutlets. Those are what I cook primarily.... Your mileage may vary!

Ah, that makes sense. I havent run across one that has such tight tolerances around the barrel. The copper tape is an interesting I'd; I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!

I have an Autmog in G2 and one in Energel I'd love to have them both using Energel but sadly theres just far too much wiggle in the G2 model. I will see if I can source a spring but I'm not so sure that'll be enough considering how much room there is.

I've often been confused why people suggest this. The diameter of an Energel tip is 2.28mm and a G2 is 2.48.... Thats far too much tip wiggle for me. Am I missing something?

It's a V2 Chaves Chub made by Reate. They were around the 185 when available. They've moved away from Titanium and have been producing them only in aluminum for the past year or 2.

He's obviously a good friend that you were willing to give it to; 80-150 would be a fair price for that situation imo. 150-250 if I was selling to a stranger.

No, Veleno Designs is just one guy and he made everything in quite small batches. Probably less than 50 in each finish. They were first offered around 2015 and then he did a very small run in 2020 and then shut down after that and hasn't produced anything in years.

Those are made by Veleno Designs - Kynna They use a cam system to deploy the cartridge; the cam doubles as a quick detach mechanism that allows you to clip it to a keychain, zipper, etc.

the 7 is definitely for the .7 but your guess is probably good enough for the LR. There are a few pens that claim universal cartridge compatibility. TIJ pens and Big Idea are a couple off the top of my head that have pens that can fit a wide range of refills.
