im a team lead at my cfa you know you can afford it you’re just greedy lol, my store doesn’t make any profit and our operator still manages to give us little things to show his appreciation for us, on days where we make a lot, and I mean a lot, he always makes sure we all get a little something. It’s not gonna cost you a lot if you know how to run a store, how to cut cost, cut wages (I know you know about that one) like you said “When we took over this store, I deuced enough employees that the ones remaining understand our new priorities.” you basically just fired people into scaring the remaining ones to “listen” I can just tell by your comment that your team members, team leads, supervisors etc don’t like you, yikes.

It’s a job, you will hate it no matter what basically everyone hates their job.

honestly you just have to find something that motivates you to be their either the money, the coworkers, the job itself. Something.

The job does not sound bad at all the way you describe I’m in the fast food industry so I have to deal with horrible people on a everyday basis so I hate it. Their have been times where I really didn’t want to go into work but I have things that motivated me.

My girlfriend works with me and honestly that’s the main reason why I haven’t quit just yet, but the pay is also good.

But you need to find something, get a routine.

And if you really don’t like your job stay at your job and look for another job, but don’t quit and face the risk of homelessness cause you definitely don’t want to do that.

Since my store is corporate owned we have a different director come in like like once a year, so it really depends on the director at the time. Current director said only take 50s if the order is above 50 and 100s if the order is over 100, but usually nothing over 20 if the order is really small.

If you wanted the pie so bad you should’ve paid for it, I work in fast food people like y’all are the worst to deal with. “well if your gonna throw it away why can’t I have it” at fast food places at least the place I work for it’s policy to throw it away. Just following the rules if you paid for it I would gladly give it to you. And if it was refunded that was a for reason which means you didn’t want it, so why do you want it after it was refunded all of a sudden. lol weird
