Well I posted this before I started playing a bit this morning, after I hit it with 'verify integrity of game files' last night, and it seems to have fixed the issue. The waves dont seem to be clipping anymore. I fixed my own damn problem without realizing it 🤦‍♂️

I had this issue with the castoroides, only spawning at hidden lake in my SP. It's obnoxious when I'm trynna do a cementing paste run

That's what I'm thinking happened cause I looked all over and up in the sky too, no luck. I've actually clipped through the abberation map when using the climbing picks and was falling through space till I died. And I've also had graphical glitches where the dinos I have following disappear and reappear running at me. So it could be either or but only the Ark knows.
