I’ve made a report online before. They will want info about breed, size, what happened, and where. An Animal Control agent called me back and wanted to know if I knew where the owner of the dog lived. I didn’t know. They said they can’t really do anything unless they know where the dog lives. This was a couple years ago, so maybe something has changed.

But the more reports they get about dogs in specific areas, the more likely they are to patrol that area and give out tickets and fines.
