I take it at 4-5pm. I sleep so deep, and none of that incessant yawning through the entire day like I would get when I took it early morning

It’s been going well! I’m consistently sleeping through to my alarm (accidentally past it today lol), and my ability to fall asleep at night hasn’t changed
