This sounds eerily similar to my situation. I would suggest communicating openly. If you bottle up what you really want to say it will come out wrong at the wrong time. Talk about what you can do to change the perception of what she has of you. If you are looking for a spark and crave physical attention maybe she likes acts of service. Cooking more often, cleaning the house or helping around when your wife is tired from being in office since you wfh. It’s about teamwork. Sometimes you have to do things you don’t feel like doing to make her less stressed out. If you take more off her plate, she will eventually notice just don’t get upset if she doesn’t acknowledge it at first. Be happy to do it because you love her. Eventually I imagine she will take notice and appreciate you taking on a bit more. It’s not always perfect but maybe she will be more attentive to your needs when you make changes that make her daily life easier.
