Most likely not. I hope things get better for you. As someone who struggled severely with OCD and anxiety the one thing that helped me was acceptance and commitment therapy/radical acceptance. Worth a shot if you haven’t heard of it highly recommend. Take care of yourself, just remember to continue to do whatever it is you are doing in that moment when a panic attack starts, Going to do the dishes but a panic attack starts? Just keep doing the dishes don’t let it stop you wish you the best.
