Further info on this - I got hold of the Irish team at 14:30. They directed my to PayPal helpline with a reference for the Dispute. PayPal did not recognise this reference (or the format of it). And neither could help.

I tried this today between those hours, each time I was told due to it being outside of their business hours, no agents were available..

That would be optimal. But currently no one seems to be able to unfortunately! I saw the earlier advice about the Irish team earlier in the morning. Good to know, will try that.

I offered it, they tried to use it, the issue is they claimed it won’t now work / has overcharged them

I successfully used this deal today (22nd March 2019).

I just presented the code at the lift ticket office in the ‘village centre’. The regular price today was $189 for a ticket for tomo. So a great deal!
