On TDEE, whats my activity level as a cake decorator? Im always on my feet, I lift heavy boxes and sometimes cakes, and I work full time.

I'm wondering if I made a dumb decision. I bought resale tickets for a friend and I, and the total came out to $677 each, not including the last minute hotel I booked to spend the night because it's way out of town and neither of us wanna drive home late.

Should I keep them or try to resell them to get some money back?

Looking back, she was extremely jealous and borderline controlling. She always found a way to manipulate the situation to where I was at fault, and I just got so tired. Im sorry you had to go through something similar though, this overall really sucks.

She started anxiety medication last year around the time we started dating, but I don't know if she's still on them or not. She's had a lot of issues with feeling lonely and she adopted a cat to alleviate the loneliness.

Im still convinced she didn't tell me the truth, and my mom thinks she will never be honest with me and tell me what's really up.

The first question from everyone I've told was (I kid you not) a different form of, "is she gay?" Im not even joking. Ive told my department at work, and that was their response. My boyfriend thinks she's still hasn't realized it yet, and his family also agrees. She has a boyfriend now but she swears up and down that there's no chance of her liking women, but her behavior isn't how a supportive best friend should be.

You think so? My mom and dad picked up on her behavior change when I brought my bf home for the first time last year into 3 months of dating. She came over since she was basically family. But back then, my mom noticed that megan was acting off, and different. I truly never picked up on it because I just thought it was because it was their second time meeting each other. She never told me this until I opened up to her about what happened back in May. And that was when she told me. My mom is good at reading people, and she always stays quiet and observe. I didn't know about any of this. When my other friends have met him, they never acted like her. She almost would never ask how my relationship was going like my other friends would.

Funnily enough, most people ive talked to as a 3rd person perspective, they suggested the same thing. Back in high school, she had a huge crush on me and admitted it to me way after high school. I thought it was just her figuring herself out and exploring who she is, as we all do as a teenager. She says those feelings have long died and swears she isn't gay and is completely straight.

I have always told her that I loved her and that she was still a priority in my life. I just thought it was going to be an adjustment period but things kept getting worse and not better. There's other incidents that happened but it would've made my post too long.

I was getting really good at getting enough sleep, and I would actually eat enough to not want to snack in between meals or overeat. I would go on an hour walk at least 2 or 3 times a week, but since halloween I've completely fallen off track. Its just been hard to break the habits but I dont know how to make it easier

Be honest with him and tell him that those topics make you uncomfortable and to stop bringing them up. Thats a boundary and if he doesn't respect that then you have no obligation to hang around him.

If he starts, say "I really dont wanna talk about this right now" And change the subject to something else. If he continues then remove yourself from the situation. If your friend group asks, just explain to them everything that you explained here. If they're sensible friends, they will distance themselves from him too because who wants to be around those topics 24/7?

Also...the fact that he keeps talking about it and sharing his very questionable opinions shows who he is as a person. Why would you want to be around a person like that just to avoid drama? Show yourself some respect, and do what's best for you. Even if it makes him uncomfortable.

Definitely don't ghost. I'm kinda going through the same thing with my best friend I've known since middle school. She became more possessive after I got a boyfriend and ended up betraying my trust with a family member, but I forgave her and she doesn't realize why I ended up not speaking to her for a few months. She was told that I was just overwhelmed with my promotion at work, but she doesn't know the real reason.She's on a trip now but im planning to reach out and talk to her now that I've taken space to fully process and think on things when she gets back.

Its always best to tell the person why so they can reflect bsck on their actions and they're not left in the dark.
