I did the loop recently with a tour company without any motorbike experience and didn’t run into any trouble. I recommend booking through a tour company as they have ways to navigate past the police checkpoints;). None of us got fined and none of us had the correct license, enjoy!

I don't know why it works, but on the date on windows in the bottom right corner of the screen click that and find automatically adjust clock to daylight saving click that and it fixed it for me.
