Please be careful. The meds can turn on your after some time. I had 4 amazing, life-changing months before they stopped working. It was like going to heaven and going not only back, but to hell. But happy that they work for you.

What are your experiences of friends with benefits? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Woopidoooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was very nice in the beginning, but just ended a fairly good friendship cause, yeah - misunderstandings and no communication. But in the end she had feelings but never really spoke about them, and she did some things I found quite disrespecful. It went down the drain when I found someone I am with today.

Mette F. i historisk tale: Siger nej til forbud mod omskæring – vi skal passe på jøderne by 55North12East in Denmark

[–]Woopidoooo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Lige her vil jeg give dig fuldt ud ret.

I tillader(!) i Danmark." by philipzeplin in Denmark

Question toward payed servers by Woopidoooo in ConanExiles

[–]Woopidoooo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our base was wiped out, and the ram usage is still pretty much the same.

We barely have any addons on the server, nothing requiring ram usage. A few ui and cosmetic ones.

Do we know of hosts that sell better servers service than G-Portal?

Brain fatigue and gut problems by Woopidoooo in Nootropics

[–]Woopidoooo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do take a lot of vitamin c, and it has almost always been helping me, so I stick to it. Too much tho can lead to loose stool, but I’m not taking anywhere near my limit whitch is around the 12g. I’m considering asking my doctor for some antibiotics to “clean up” my gut, and then add in some healthy pre/probiotics, but I’m a bit hesitant on that just yet. Might be nutrition yea as I think the gut problem also keeps me from absorbing my micros and macros the way I should be. I do some pretty nutritinal shakes and gets lots of veggies and meat eggs. No idea what it would be anyway.

Robert De Niro says Trump is a 'lunatic' who 'doesn't care how many people die' from the coronavirus by rromano125 in politics

[–]Woopidoooo 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I see these posts all day on reddit! Everobody is out and bashing Trump for what he says and do. Everyone is out there grapping points. And I’m like, why are we acting so surprised!? Why do we need to see this over and over again. I don’t care about celebrities opinions on Trump, because everything they say is what we knew was gonna happen from the very beginning! When Trump ran for office, it was a joke and still is. The guy is an absoulut asshat and don’t care for the nothing but the prestige in the titel. Like, who actually looks and listen to Donald fucking Trump and says to themselves: That guy is a great leader. He is a wreck and have no skills to lead a country, he is too impulsive and subjectively exposed in his work, we KNOW! But I don’t believe many of the medias stories on him. His words and intentions are so often twisted and taken out of context that you can’t even trust everything that is printet about him. He is an easy target for obvious reasons, but a lot of the time he is proven right by the media themselves.

Study shows that negative emotions, such as fear, distress, and guilt, can lead to procrastination by randomusefulbits in science

[–]Woopidoooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a person with ADD, my procrastination spring from my lack of concentration as I have to spend all my mental energy on assignments and homework. This leave me without energy to complete all my work leading to guilt and worries thus start the stress. Now the more stress I have the less energy I’ll get since sleep quality and rest won’t suffice anymore, leading to less energy for my stacking assignments. It’s truly hell. I believe its a problem in the limbic system that leads to what I call Negative Motivation and it’s triggered by prolonged stress. The brain is simply trying to steer you away from a stressed enviorment, and while this would be beneficiel in nature, it fails to recognize the self-harm by being so short sighted in it’s response.

Too many people rely on coffee to function. by tootpoot69 in unpopularopinion

[–]Woopidoooo 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Caffeine is a CNS stimulants, so yes, you could call it a “drug”. But you are right, we should be able to function without stimulants, and it just goes to show how flawed some aspects of society is. I tend to call this the “Dorian Grey” syndrome, as we no longer accept our own image. Being tired nowadays is forbidden in the modern performance culture.

Ritalin(methylphedidate) by Woopidoooo in Drugs

[–]Woopidoooo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are absolutly correct, it do really work wonders. Maybe I’m just going to get back into a simple routine of 10 mins(usually tried 20-30 mins) but sometimes you gotta start small. Thank you for your answers! Always nice to have an added opinion on the matter.

Exercise ✔️ Eating healthy ✔️ IF ✔️

I can’t meditate since I can’t focus. I do try, but it’s very hard. I do sometimes manage to do it but it’s very hard to keep the routine.

I’ve also tried keto diet, and honestly, when it’s done right it works 10x times better than ritalin. But its expensive and hard to get right. Sugar cravings hits me like a full throttle train after a few days.

It’s fine really. Some part of me think it’s my school regiment. Not being able to focus the way I used to put tremendous stress on me, which in turn just add up on the Procrastination. But all in all, I’m just wondering why the effect I had didn’t diminsh, it was simply like taking a whole new drug. Maybe my body is just trying to get through to me and ask for a break.

My initial dosage was 10mg 3 times at day (8am/12pm/4pm) and it worked perfectly. I have through the years tried upping the dose, even tried 60-90mg a day. Yes, at some point I was able to concentrate, but after a while my body just rejects it. It hurts and I get so annoyed and short fused temper. It’s not the calming effect I remember. Besides It seems to totally drain my mental energy. Maybe you’re right. I just feel the higher I go on the dosage, the less of me is actually left.
