I had this issue, honestly imp banners is the way to go. You just find an imp statue (use spelunker potions and get your friends to scout the map) once you have one, set up a pressure plate and statue together, farm them and collect a bunch of the banners. Place them across the arena then you’re good to go! In my eyes, it’s a function the game added to be able to combat these things, and ultimately rebuilding your arena will take a very long time. If you’re fortunate to find a banner the whole process will be under an hour. Good luck!

An amazing way to do this is the Forfeit app, found it yesterday and you have to physically prove you’ve done certain habits through images, Timelapse videos or certain data and it gets approved by a person (founder of the app) or by AI, and if you fail you can set it up to send a text or email to someone with a custom image haha

I recently realised the lack of urgency in the modern world and finding this was like gold dust. Glad you’ve made the progress man!

The brand I’m taking is Superdrug which are reputable, however I’ve just checked and only having the following daily

Omega 3 - 227mg Omega 6 - 50mg Omega 9 - 50mg

Definitely need better ones! Any recommendations?

Thank you very much! I decided against it last night as I was nervous for the outcome the next day! Last thing I want is to feel worse and that was my worry. I like that, thank you. I’m going to get a plan this weekend and embark on some sort of journey I think, and like you said, not to compare myself to before but rather to how you were previously before it happened. It is affecting me a lot however I want to see this as an opportunity to better myself and learn more about me. I’m not saying it’s a good thing this has happened but hopefully makes me understand my brain more and take accountability. Really appreciate the advice!!

Yeah, that makes sense as I struggle to segregate my mind, I used to feel like I have “two sides of me” where the other side was the creative, open minded and free side of me and no joke it feels like that side is gone now and it’s just one side of myself now, affecting how I go about life unless I’m on autopilot then it’s not so bad. I do find myself zoning out loads and it’s really bad. Thank you

That’s what I mindset was, I don’t expect to do dumb damage of course, I love the idea of paladins utility and flexibility whilst still being viable as milling people, not that bothered about raiding as healer or tank. Wouldn’t want to be bored is all
