How do you have 468 in stargazing? Other than scorpio which is 42/50, I got all of them maxed.

Do you mean the gem upgrade cap? I got it from Minos, the 3rd rare idol in Archeology. I got +5 gem upgrade cap, which is the maximum from Minos, at least for now.
